General Bonus Policy

vc555's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Platinum.

6 Gameplay & Fair Play

All games on the vc555 platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Every game outcome is completely random and does not follow any predetermined pattern.

• All games are supplied through licensed software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe).
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.

10 Account Suspension & Closure
